While
not a native to the area, I have lived in
Fauquier and Culpeper counties since 1975. I graduated
from Fauquier High School, attended Northern VA
Community College and married my high school
sweet heart, Mark Farkas, a native of Fauquier
County. We purchased our first home in 1982 in
Culpeper County.
After working 25 years in the technology
industry for government and public service
clients, I decided I wanted to bring my
knowledge and services
to a more personal level and decided to share my
experience with others in real estate. You will
find that I am knowledgeable in the areas of
Fauquier, Culpeper, Orange, Madison,
Rappahannock and the surrounding communities,
including Warren and Prince William.

licensed agents in the United States with the
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)
designation. To obtain this
designation a real estate practitioner must
complete an extensive classroom training program
on buyer agency practices and procedures, pass a
written examination and submit evidence of
practical experience as a buyer's
representative. Obtaining my ABR®
designation is just another example of my
commitment to help my buyer-clients.
To help my seller-clients, I have
obtained my
Accredited Staging Professional
(ASP) designation. As an ASP™, I have
studied and learned the proven techniques of
Staging® homes and passed an examination of
preparing homes for sale.

and ready to show to prospective buyers.
