Unlike many other sites my site will allow you to search the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) real time. If a home already has a contract on it, it will not show up in your search. Most people have certain criteria that they are looking for. If you register with my site, you will be allowed to save your search criteria and then you will be e-mailed new listings as they become available.
