Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are rural in nature, yet close enough to several major cities, such as Washington, D.C., Charlottesville, VA and Richmond, VA, to provide cultural diversity. And when you're ready to get away from the city, we're a stone's throw to several major parks including Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive, Luray Caverns and Civil War battlefields.

In today's competitive real estate market, timing is everything. Many good homes are sold before they are ever advertised. Beat other home buyers to the hottest new homes for sale in the Culpeper and Warrenton area with my website.  Unlike many other sites my site will allow you to search the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) real time. If a home already has a contract on it, it will not show up in your search. Most people have certain criteria that they are looking for.
